the internet has always been a form of boundless infinity...
the sky's the limit...
however...
in china...
websites are secured with 2 little figurines that greet chinese users...
2 tiny policeman/policewoman with friendly smile, no nose for some reason and huge bule anime eyes...
and guess what they're called...
jing jing and chacha...
jing cha is chinese for police...
you'd think that with a 30,000 strong force of censors...
they could still come up with such cliche figurines...
to remind the web surfers in china not to behave because the internet cops are watching...
it was just like the australian olymic games in 2000...
and the names of the 3 mascots were...
OLY, OZZIE, MILLE...
go to www.google.cn ...
and type in tiananmen...
and see what it chuns out...
gorgeous picture of tianamen's facade as well as people with posing with smiles...
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....
now go to www.google.com ...
and type in tianamen...
you'd be suprise...
rows of tanks during the tiananmen protest...
dead people lying on the streets being crushed by the tanks and loads of horrific images of tianamen square...
google apparently made a huge lump of profit signing this deal with the chinese gov...
tainting the unbaiased and nuetral image of google...
google sold its soul to the devil...
nope...
google sold its soul to china...
