acne skin...
oily t spot...
fleshy nose...

do we honestly need to lose weight?
or do we really need to lose our self consciousness?
do we really need botox injected into our faces?
or do we actually need a little sense called growing old injected into our brains?
do we really need a nose job?
when seriously all you need is a blow job?
do we need to get harsh chemical skin peelings?
when all we need to do is peel off our superficiality?
do we need to to slit out eyes to make it look bigger?
or do we need to slit our minds to make it see the bigger picture?

do we realy need plastic surgery?
