snow, wind, and missing trench coat...

it is snowing in DC right now...
and because everyone was so convinced that the weather would be spring-ish...
ala light jacket and sunglasses, with temperatures at 23 degress...
its 5 flipping degrees right now, deathly cold winds, and the lovely snow...

i blame my mom for talking me out of bringing my trench coat...
because it looks like we're the only people without proper full on winter wear...
and we're back in the library of congress...
librarians are starting to give us the evil eye...


oh p.s,
we got kicked out of our hostel...
and we're tentatively stranded in DC...
but who cares about the plunging temperature or the 100 km/h icy winds...
its snowing...

germaine wants us to sleep in the toilet...
ala in pursuit of happiness...

the washington grand hyatt is on my speed dail...

apparently we're real backpackers now...
since we've been officially stranded for almost 6 hours now...
