champange mooncakes

finally...
got to meet my mum for the first time in the whole week...
we have conflicting schedule and it really sucks...
spent my day feasting on mooncakes...
sonw skin, flaky skin, traditional pastry skin...
you name it its all in my belly...
loved the ones my mom bought from raffles hotel...
snow skin... lotus paste...
and init...
its sorta like the "egg yolk"...
except the "egg yolk" came in the form of rum and raisins, chocolate haazelnut, and champange...
yummy...

bro is planning for 2005 family vacation!
well... london's off now...
bugger...
but...
italy, iceland, ny, rio just got added into the list...
so yea...
cross my fingers...
