so to mix it up a little, you know just for kicks...
i was standing directly in-front of a friends ex-boyfriend...

fyi, awkward moments make up my life...
i decided: "need to grab awkward-moments-in-life by the balls, and throw it out"...
something along the lines of growth, maturing and being a civil adult...
so i did what any civil adult would do...

look right past him, picked up my book and strategically placed it in front of my face...
with precisely 75 percent facial coverage of course...
because covering my whole face would be rude...
and you know me, civil and adultly...

i have spend a total of less than 6 hours with this guy...
one of which was at my place for Christmas dinner(hints)...
there should be some sort of prerequisite for all friend's boy/girlfriend...
of how to conduct yourself (post breakup scenario) with partner's friends...

its either that or...
no more plus one-s at Christmas dinners...
it makes me think of my turkey...
and if turkey doesn't have to deal with this shit, i shouldn't either...
